Plantain (Turkish Giant)
Does anyone know about this one? I found a source of seeds, and I was wondering if this was just another name for something else.

Re: Plantain (Turkish Giant)
I may be off base here, but it doesn't seem like a plantain should have seeds at all. Are you sure it's legit?

Re: Plantain (Turkish Giant)
Its a pretty reputable company(Mountain rose herbs) which gets their seeds from Horizon. I recently got their catalog, and they have this one for 2.95 for 100 seeds. It also gives the name Plantago major.

Re: Plantain (Turkish Giant)
That's not a banana, it's a plantain, similar to the weed with funny looking spikes that grows in lawns by the same name.

Re: Plantain (Turkish Giant)
Thanks, I just thought it was like the other plantains. I guess I got fooled by the name Turkish Giant.
