Which seed is really from Musa coccinea
Is the seed on the left or right those of Musa coccinea?
The ones on the left I picked up myself from a plant with a red flower similar like the coccinea flower, but the leaves were much smaller, less shiny and more round than another coccinea plant I saw. Seeds on the right I got from a recognized online exotic seed store. Anyone a guess for identification of both?? Thanks, Yohan |

Re: Which seed is really from Musa coccinea
The ones on the right are Coccinia . I asked gabe the same question. The other ones look more like Canna seeds than Musa.
I could be wrong though.

Re: Which seed is really from Musa coccinea
Mark, I think you are absolutely right about this point.
Now I am for 100% sure. The left ones would be from a Canna indica then. Thank you for helping me |
