Some type of Horn plantain, but there are many cultivars, not just 'African Rhino Horn'. We would have to see the entire fruit bunch and lots of detailed photos to attempt a real ID down to cultivar.

This might help for a comparison.

The largest fruit I have grown was 26 inches and 56 ounces, there probably are Horns that produce larger fruit.

26 Inches!! that must be huge! What is Dwarf horn? Dwarf ARH or Dwarf super Plantain? Do you have a picture of the whole plant? How tall is the Dwarf horn?
