want to buy a few Gros Michel bananas
Hi everyone~ I am not quite ready to get into growing my own plants yet but I have heard a lot about the large scale wipe out of the gros michel bananas in the 1950s and would very much like to know what a Gros Michel tastes like. Is there is anyone on here who still cultivates them and would be willing to part with a few for the right price?

Re: want to buy a few Gros Michel bananas
I think he actually meant he wants to buy some actual bananas, not the plants. I already have a GM plant, but it is only about 10 inches tall as of now, and would hope that with all the members here I read about from 2012 having and growing GM plants that someone might part with a hand for $20 or something like that...PM me if you would...

What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more. |

Re: want to buy a few Gros Michel bananas
Yeah. I was hoping to buy the actual bananas. Hopefully someone out there has a few they could party with for the right price~
