Default Banana leafs...

For some reason the leafs on my banana trees are turning brown.
They keep growing buy some turn brown in the edges and little by little
they die. The banana plant doesn't die just the leafts. Anyone why
this is happening?

You'll have a better chance of figuring out the problem if you supply the experts here with a little more info such as your location, growing conditions, recent local weather, watering and feeding regime, and photos if possible.

I live in El Paso Texas where is very hot (dry heat).
The ground is very sandy and I dug a big hole for the musa basjoo
trees. I added palm tree soil to help it grow. Do I need to add
fertilizer and if so, which one do you recomend?

my hunch would be that it needs more water. I wouldn't really say to fertilize it right now unless you use a water based fertilizer. The other problem could be if the palm soil had a timed release fertilizer in it and the weather is real dry and hot. That causes the timed release fertilizer to dump and then it damages the roots and that would show up as the edges of the leaves burning.
