Default Best variety for comercial organic production in USDA 10b ?

Well thats the question, nobody cultivates bananas in my province , or even near....so i have no much first hand information. I m planting a 1 hectare food forest and wanna make the banana one of the main crops. Any sugestion? About production , shorter times of rippening, hardiness, flavour......anything will be apreciated. I have made some investigation and namwah looks like a good choice, i have 6 plants now. But maybe some of you know a better one.
Btw, cavendish cant survive in 10B, not enough to fruitify.

Thx in advance! I m in love with this forum and its people. Salud!

Dwarf Namwa or real deal FHIA-1 Goldfinger that has the big fingers. Dwarf Brazilian would be my third choice. Namwa and FHIA-1 have bigger bunches by weight than Dwarf Brazilian and shorter filling time. I’ve never tasted a real deal FHIA-1 so cannot comment about taste but many think it will be the one to replace Cavendish.

Is there a real deal FHIA-1 Goldfinger that has small fingers or some other real deal FHIA-1 Goldfinger that's being sold on the forum?

Haha.

There are a many, many Goldfingers in circulation with the small fingers. The big fingers not so much. One is the real deal and the other is not.

I just wanted to be sure you weren't talking about the american goldfinger.

You seem to be on top of the FHIA-01 situation so you might be the best person to ask but if someone else has info please add it. Is the FHIA-01 coming out of tissue culture now a real FHIA-01. I know the FHIA-21 is going into tissue culture soon and if the FHIA-01 needs to be corrected it might as well get done at the same time.

Do you have any photos to show examples of each? american goldfinger adn authentic?
Also who is responsible for the misnaming of the "American" Goldfinger? Agristarts?

and what then is the "American" Goldfinger supposed to really be?
I think I have the American.
