Default Local greehouses banana plants..

I have gone to and shop at local greenhouses( NC) and only found one that carries Orinoco. They were $24.99 and marked half off. But we are saving our money right now to move. It was a drawf Orinoco and they looked awesome 6ft tall and thick. Most of the places sell cavendish more then anything else? Must be easy to come by and cheap since they never cost to much for the customer. Thanks

The greenhouse I go to here carries, Ensete Maurelii's, Siam Ruby and Zebrina's. I still haven't seen any edibles in my area (though I think I'm just not looking in the right place. When in doubt....INTERNET!

Fishoifc I sent you a detailed pm. Went to the Outer Banks about a month ago and was disappointed on how much they changed stuff.. To many stores and tourist traps.. I liked it when it was bare and not to many houses either. Its all about the money now days.

Agreed, blownz281. Did you get the chance to see the 50+ Sabal palmetto (palms) planted at the new Captain George's? Crazy...

Hmm where exactly is it located? Avon is the farthest we went for a ride. It was Sunday and most everything was closed which sucked. Then we just walked around - Nags Head/ Kitty Hawk.
