Not sure what to do with nanas

Last Oct my dwarf orinoco tree finally gave me some nanas but they are so small and it is now the middle of May and they are still green. Can anyone guide me on what to do? There are probably 7 good ones about 3" long. The pot that they grew in is 50 gal plastic tub. I have waited so long...I think i will cry if I can't eat them! Thank you

If they were exposed to a lot of cold during the winter their development may have stalled out. I'd give them a little more time to see if their size increases.

Thank you bananaman88. The winter last year was brutal here. Many times it was below zero day and night and with the heat in the house, it just wouldnt get above 50. And its still trying to hang on...had to cover everything up again last night (veggie garden) Sunday night we went back into the 20s again.
