Planted Musa Basjoo on August 1
Have always wanted a cold hardy banana in my yard, saw them on sale for half price and couldn't resist. Doing my best to make sure it survives into the winter, and then through the winter.

Is your banana living a sheltered life? LOL
I did loose 3 clumps of musa basjoo's this past winter for the first time in years. It was a rough winter and I had them mulched in big cages with 2 ft of cyprus mulch in each cage. |
