One (out of 3) of my Blue Javas is still not pushing any green yet; other two have a couple new leaves.
The "snoozing" one has its corm in the shade, just the upper p-stem catching sun.
Ground temps are probably the culprit here (as well as by you), so as already mentioned, have patience 'till the corm turns to mush or it starts growing again.
We're in Sacramento & have had a couple 100° days already but nights are still in the 50s

Hey I'm also in NE Ohio it's probably a good thing they haven't broke ground just yet. We are supposed to get a chance of frost this Sunday and
Monday lows in the mid to low 30s. I got a little too anxious the past 10 days with all this sunny 70 degree weather and planted mine on the 3rd now I got to plan to get some Xmas lights out and bed sheets to cover them this comming weekend lol
