Exploration
Hi,
I have been already 5 weeks in Indonesia and Malaysia on an expedition for wild bananas. I am presently in Malaysia and moving to Singapore on the next Saturday until 16th. Are there any members from Singapore? Markku. |

Re: Exploration
Hi Markku!!!
Nice to 'see' you again. I've been wondering where you made off to. I'm not from Singapore as you know but I wanted to request that you take lots of pictures to show us. I'd sure love to see them. Good luck and happy travels. : ) |

Re: Exploration
In Singapore you can find feral and wild bananas in the less urbanised corners of the island, like around the Lentor Ave area, in Bukit Brown cemetery, and seeded wild ones in the Petir road area north of Bukit Timah hill (go and rescue some from the forested areas around Petir road, the area is being deforested and turned into housing estates right now).
