Re: Agri-starts..
Hey, I would like to be on the list for extras. Many me number 3 or what ever we are up to now. I have a friend here at work that wants a few bananas (basjoo) too.

Re: Agri-starts..
It's the double-whammy! Today I received a large box from AgriStarts plus another box from the Davis Germplasm repository -- presumably full of cuttings. I'll open them up a bit later and post some pictures. Before that, I've got to pack up and ship some product orders.

Re: Agri-starts..
Here's the first of our 3 shipments, fresh out of the box and wrappers. As the saying goes, the box they sent the trays in was worth the price of admission!
I will pamper these plants for the next few days and then send them on their way. Tomorrow I'll contact those involved about costs.

Re: Agri-starts..
Richard, please clarify: are you holding onto my plants until the rest of my purchase comes along?
Thanks, Harvey |

All of this will take a few days and in the meantime, the plants can have a nice rest from being boxed up.

Re: Agri-starts..
I was wondering same as Harvey. 4 plants s'posedly were just sent & the other 2 will come in 3 weeks. I don't know if it would be easier for you Richard, to ship separate or save the 4 & ship all 6 together. Would be less work in packing & less shipping to keep them together.

Re: Agri-starts..
Richard- do you have a close up of the plants? I'm just interested to see them up close. They look like little babies!
If not, don't worry about it. Awaiting your PM tomorrow. |

Re: Agri-starts..
I will just send a check --- don't forget, paypal will charge Richard a percentage of total, unless you want to include that charge. I believe it is 3%.

Re: Agri-starts..

Any fees that Google would charge me are applied towards my advertisements on Google, so really there is no cost to me that I wouldn't otherwise have spent. The reason that I volunteered to coordinate the AgriStart order is that (a) I'm already caring for a few thousand plants, and (b) I'm already set up for shipping, receiving, and online transactions. So perhaps a little extra work for me but we all get to grow more bananas and tropicals!
