Question Banana Seller/Shipper Reliability question

I have been reading and reading (what a fantastic source this is here) and have decided that Dwarf Namwahs are what I would like to get (and chomped at the bit more after seeing Sunfish's glorious pics of them).
I will be pulling up my Orinocos (still have another huge bunch of them at the back of our property) and I want to replace them with the Dwarf Namwah.
The possible quagmire I am concerned about is getting a real Dwarf Namwah. I want to get it right the first time... I have read so much about folks being duped. I will be posting (I guess) in the "Bananas Wanted" section herein. I have read the "Bananas for Sale/Auction section"- saw none listed. Have even searched "Dwarf Namwah", lots of FABULOUS info. and beautiful pics, but did not garner info. on a reliable source.
Is there someone out there that knows of a reliable source? ...and/or can someone attest to the "http://www.going-bananas.com/" site and solks out of Homestead Florida?
....as I REALLY would like to get a nice Dwarf Namwah... the first time out of the chute on these puppies.

Encanto Farms (AKA We Be Bananas, AKA Pitangadiego, AKA Jon) has the real deal for sure. That's who I got mine from.

I'm sure there are other sources. It's a hard one to mess up the ID of. Maybe the "stockiest" variety you will ever see.

Thank so for the referral. Great information! .. yeah, don't want to mess it up-- want to get a genuine DN.

I went to your gallery and saw your pics ... beautiful plants. I saw some pics labeled Namwah and a couple specified as Dwarf Namwah.
My understanding is that the Dwarf Namwah is stumpy/thick. Is this pic of yours labeled Namwah (but not specified as Dwarf)... is it a Dwarf Namwah?

Wow! Yeah that is mine I forgot all about that pic. Hahah My yard looks very different now. My other Namwah is tall or what was labeled as Ice Cream when I first got it. So I do not like to gift it was Ice Cream knowing this. My trunks are much thicker these days and even thicker when I keep it thinned out correct. I think this picture was the 2nd time it ever flowered. I just love how well it does. We just had our first freeze last night and it will be the first one with green leafs.

I have had excellent results with plants purchased from Going Bananas. I purchased from their website when I moved to the Keys ~7 years ago and now when they visit plant sales in Key West or Marathon.

Yes, that is it, though that photo looks strangely compressed from top to bottom.

This variety makes lots of bananas. 88 is very few for this variety. I think Sunfish mentioned he got over 300 on a single bunch. 160+ is typical.

Yes, one bunch per p-stem, multiple p-stems per mat, which is all a single plant.
