Default Cinch bugs

My neighbor had an outbreak in his lawn, mine appeared healthy and now appears to be under attack.
There are many treatments (even rosemary oil), but does anyone know if they are harmful to musa?
I cannot go with nematodes at this time the damage is already underweigh.
