Default Cold Hardy Banana

I was at the nursury and saw some bananas the lady described as cold hardy. She said that is all she knew about them and that they had very sweet pink fruit with no seeds. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I don't have any pictures and none were fruiting at this time.

Thanks,

I have a cold hardy type of Red Jamaican whose fruit peel is sometimes colored pinkish if heavily shaded.

But it could be something else.

What kind of cold hardiness? Does it die back to the ground and cold hardy enough to grow back or is the pseudostem intact and grow back from the pseudostem height?

They put it in their greenhouse during the winter. Thats all I know about it. All the information the lady could give me was it was called "Hardy Banana". If I see one fruiting when I drive by I will get a picture of it.

No, they were too rich for my blood. They were big plants in pots. She has gotten them to fruit in the pots.
