I will believe it when it is here.
Seriously, they cannot even predict the correct weather for tomorrow, but want to predict an "El Nino"?
We were supposed to have an "El Nino" rain and thunder storm this morning. Not even one single drop of rain and not one single cloud in the sky.

I don't think this classifies as drought relief
but pictures of what the drought has done
to the Golden State.

I live 1 1/2 hours south of you and it's the same at my house. The bananas love it! That's the only good thing.

Most of the cities in SoCal has this lawn sign posted
on public lawns and center medians saying...
"Brown is the new Green".
Who are they kidding? How pathetic!
Imagine a homeowner who spent time and money
in landscaping and collecting rare plants and trees.
Imagine the cost if those died and even more for replacing?

Good thing if a city has deep pockets
and if its only grass that is dying!
