Default dwarf cavendish flag leaf

I was wondering if anyone might know how long after the flag leave appears does the bloom come out? I have missed placed my camera or I would post some pictures. As soon as it is found I will post pics.

You'll probably see the bloom in a week or two.
It will point upwards then continue to grow and fold down, then the bracts will open up to reveal the first fruits. Those are the fruits that become the edible bananas after a few more months of growing.

I got this plant from Home Depot last May (2009) and all I did to over winter it was to put it in a 30 gallon pot and put it in the greenhouse. Heated greenhouse of course. I removed a pup from it this spring right before putting it in the ground and the pup measured about 4 feet.
