Default First banana plants by seed

I got these Velutina seeds in a trade, unknowingly I planted all the seeds, at the time my lack of information on them and a minor amount of research said "all bananas are hard to start" I decided planting all was best at the same time, (at that time). I know better now...I have plenty of these little guys about 60+! There about 2 1/2 -3 inches tall

So my questions are...
Is it too early to transplant them?
What medium concoction do you recommend?

Well I was going to upload images but I can't get it to work for me.
Says it was successful but there are none in my gallery, I won't try again.
If it's too hard or complicated on purpose I just can't be bothered.

Thanks
