Re: Hawiian red and Island Gold
Yea I got 7 Nana's now I named 'em Happy, Sleepy, Sneezy, Grumpy, Dopey, Bashful and Doc, good luck finding the scientific name. I don't think I ever heard Island Gold BUT Red Iholena banana is a good tastin'/cooking/dehydrating ALL-Around Well Rounded GOOD to grow.

Then that would make you Snow White. I always favored Dopey.

Hooray another SW Floridian!! What nursery did you go to? I think you might need to post some pictures for banana/plantain identification purposes. I am not at all familiar with those names, not that I am some expert.
