Bananas Brindando how long for old clump

so i have noticed this clump of orinocos...have been there at least 4 years...no great soil,only water is rain..most of the time very dry..just enough to keep them alive,but not enough of either to throw fruit...if i dig them up"carefully"put them in a great local..will it still take the same amount of time to throw fruit????they are maby 5 feet tall and have never any bigger ..one adult i took 4 months ago is well over 8 feet..my question..still 18 to 20 months to throw fruit???thanks...and thank you all for making me feel so welcome...
