Default Ice Cream leaf curling

I just bought and potted up a Musa 'Ice Cream' that is still pretty small but has a pretty big corm. We are getting hot dry santa ana winds blowing in right now and the leaves are curling up. Not the usual drooping from the center vein, but curling up towards the center. i have been misting the leaves and they have plenty of water in the soil but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any ideas or suggestions?
