Look at what i found
was just in Lowe's minding my own biz getting some compost for the Bio project when what did my wandering eyes behold but a 6ft tall Ensete Ventricosum Maurellii in the middle of Las Vegas in 11 years of living here i never ever saw one before in a Lowe's no less heres the pics its woefully underpoted so guess what I'm doing today it got a bit beat up on its way home as i was in the Honda S2000 convertible which is only a two seater
and i already had two bags of Seder chips and 5 bags of compost

I have you, a cool looking convertible and Mr. Plant sitting next to you pictured vividly! ... did you have the radio on? Where there's a will there's a way. What a great addition to your collection!

Great haul Paulo!
...But where is the pix of you in the S2000 with the 'naner and your sexy shades and a cigar for prop? Hey man, not that I don't trust ya, gotta have evidence in style man! ....the backdrop should be a bunch of scantily clad Vegas gals looking in astonishment. Makes a great cover pix for the next Bananas Quarterly! |

Re: Look at what i found
whoohoo, congrats, Paulo. I'm sure you'll have it looking great in no time.
btw, I've been wondering how your Ae Ae is doing. I remember how yours had skinny leaves like one of mine did, I wondered if they were both really something else. However, mine put out a new leaf last week which is big and wide, just like hey should be. Makes me curious how yours is doing. Cheers, Harvey |

Re: Look at what i found
Great pics! I just bought an Ensete Ventricosum 'Maurelii' myself! Mine isn't nearly so large as yours right now, though. They are definitely fast growers...enjoy!

Re: Look at what i found
Thanks i worked so hard in the last month that i made my self sick i haven't been truly sick in 5 years but it was Worth it i have 60% or the land around my home renovated with fresh dirt larg amounts of compost and lots of bio char with micros as iv stated before are soil here is nothing but sand totally devoid of any organics and possessing a toxic level of boron that is why the yards so green next to the cutest car i ever owned well maybe the 1969 Austen American i had mite have been a tad bit cuter but not by much LOL
