Default Manzano harvest?

Here is a bunch I harvested today from the stand I originally thought was Namwah. I'm now leaning towards Manzano. Notice how the top hand never filled out. Kinda weird!

I'd say Manzano for those... They definitely don't look Namwah to me... Hmmmm. I'm reluctant even on the Manzano, because I'm more used to those being nearly round, not angled like the ones in your bunch.

And I've had bunches where the top hand wimps out on me like that one did. It has to do with hitting a week or so of drought conditions right at growth time for that hand.

That makes sense because there was a period when I didn't water that area while I was building the new fence.

Fruit bunch size looks more like Manzano, fruit shape looks like D. Namwah. Here is a couple of pics for comparison. Either way, you'll know more when you taste them. Congrats on the bunch!!!

D. Namwah

Manzano

I don't know. It seems that old man winter is on vacation!

Well I hope so anyway! I still have 1 Pisang Klotek bunch hanging, 3 Hawaiian Apples, 2 Dwarf Cavendish, and 1 Raja Puri. I also 1 Red Jamaican blooming!
