more than double
At the National Germplasm website, which is a pretty useful site, I found the following image. It kind of blew me away. It is a photo of a "Double Mahoi" = Guineo Doble = Double Chinese, etc. I can't tell how many stems produced the 5 bunches, but it might be only one, two at most. Pretty amazing.

Re: more than double
Apparently this is available from them as a TC plantlet from the National Germplasm repository. Has anyone ever gotten any bananas from them? I have received figs and Cacao, but when I last inquired some years ago, the bananas were not well organized and they weren't doing much with them.
