Default musa basjoo both stopped growing

I have two musa basjoo.i bought a month ago. they were shipped bare root 3' tall.one leaf came out of each within the first week or so, now the next leaf hasn't came out in over two weeks.on both of them I live in northeast ohio 70-80's during day and maybe 50 -60s at night. I planted them with moo nure from home depot and fertilized with organic bone meal. I also used a little ammonium sulphate. can somebody let meknow the proper way to get these to grow fast

I've been growing basjoo for 20 years. Only thing I've ever done was keep them watered once about every 10 days a shot of miracle grow
