Mine needs to slow down a little the leaves are having a spot on each one where it wasn't fully developed so that spot is transparent almost and burns right away. This should work its way out soon hopefully when it slows down some.

I had same thing. I think it is from something (spray/fertilizer) that got down inside the stem and burned a little on the way out. Not to worry!
