Ordering Bananas- Good and Bad Experiences

Maybe this will save some problems for bananas.org members.

I ordered 2 bananas each from 2 different Florida banana sellers at the same time. Green Earth Company. They shipped within a few days, let me know with 2 emails regarding the order and when it was shipped. Plants arrived in great condition.

Florida Hill. Never shipped. Their phone recording says they don't monitor phone and advises emailing. I've emailed 4 times with no response. When I look up their evaluations, I see the last 12 evaluations were negative. I should've looked at that first but didn't; as sometimes a competitor will put negative info. on sites.

I believe Florida Hill is shut down. I could be wrong? I couldn't get their website, email, or phone to work.

Check reviews on Green Earth also.

Yeah. Green Earth sent me a Blue Java that actually looks like a Lacatan. I’m just waiting for a bloom. Usually people get Namwah. Another site with poor customer service is Martha’s Secret Garden. It took me months to get them to do anything about the Basjoo that they sent me, which I did not order. Though, I do have a Basjoo now...
