I'm from the same general area, and for any type of specialty banana, or rare cultivar for our area (basically anything that isn't Cavendish, Dwarf Cavendish, or Double Mahoi, I'd check Etsy.

Just bought a Viente Cohol, Mysore, and Kokopo from someone locally growing in Howey in the Hills!

FYI, Orito = Sucrier = Nino. Different names for the same variety, might help with finding one. There might be minor differences, but how they're raised affects the final result more than which variety name.

Try emailing to set up an in person appointment with Going Bananas in Homestead, FL (they only sell in person nowadays). They're superstars in the banana world and have been in the business of growing them for decades. They do list Nino as one of their more limited varieties:
Welcome to Going Bananas of Homestead, Florida!

Check out your local Craigslist farm and garden section for banana plants.

Backyard gardeners will be thinning out the mats for the new growing season.

Occasionally you will come across a hard to find banana plant.

When calling local nurseries ask for small desert bananas as your description of what you're looking for.
