Everything is fine here

Ambon's doing great! Second big leaf's out

Since a few days it's snowing like never before (last time was in '81)!!!!
15cm layer is on the street. People here are not used to it so: public transport is a chaos, traffic jams and car crashes, slidings all over the place. Today I went to work by bike on the big road "car tracks"

btw, this car isn't a Dodge Ram Van...or a Caddy Escalade.....it's a Fiat Punto

Hi,
it's doing "something" but it is still looking more or less the same

so, that isn't bad either! Besides, with more light every day from now, I keep my hopes up!!

Ambon is looking better all the time. I notice my bananas really start perking up in February indoors and maybe the Raja will as well. Of course any additional light and heat wouldn't hurt either.

Surprised to hear you don't get snow that often in Netherlands...not that I know a thing about your country other than it's far north of my latitude( I get lots of snow). I would guess by looking at the map that it is affected by the gulf stream and has a similar climate to the UK. Is that about right?

We have had the same problem in the UK,its been ten years since we have had snow this bad.I thought we where supposedly,having global warming.
