Pisang Raja?
Hey guys! I don't see much on the forum about this variety, just wondering who all is growing it with what amount of success and how it tastes! I've heard some really good things and some not good things. If all goes well I will be getting a pup soon!

Re: Pisang Raja?
I'm growing one in 9B. It hasn't fruited yet. Pisang (banana) raja (king). How could that not be an excellent banana? I heard that it is orange-fleshed, which tells me that it probably has a lot of carotene and might not be simply sweet tasting. What have you heard that wasn't good?
