Question for Farmer's Market Vendors
Last year our Farmer's Market required that we get $1,000,000 liability insurance. Cost per vendor was $75. This year, the cost per vendor is $260, more than triple last years cost.
a) Do your organizations require such insurance? b) What rate do you normally pay per year? I do about 25 markets per year. Thanks

Re: Question for Farmer's Market Vendors
You might be able to buy your own liability insurance cheaper. Ours didnt require it.

Re: Question for Farmer's Market Vendors
I go to the flea market in Mobile and that is not a requirement. If I had to pay that it wouldn't be worth going.
