Default Stalks bending over--cause?

This is on a couple of 3-5 ft. plants.

I may have fertilized too much, or watered too much, or maybe not watered enough?

Stalk is seemingly taking a "bend," and is getting worse. Kinda like it's lost some of its rigidity and has turned rubbery and is starting to fall over under its own weight and under influence of wind. Not severe yet, but it looks like something's wrong and unless it stops it may become a real problem.

Ideas?

Are they inside and starved for light? That's been a problem for me at times, and especially with Ensete.

I recently got a red abyssinian and it's really taken off inside. Six leaves so far and just in the last week, it too has started to develop a major curve in the stalk. It's only 3 feet tall right now. The plant seems strong, stalk isn't rubbery. Should I be concerned? Will the banana correct itself?

I had a few that bent over as well. It was due to a weekend p-stem during winter. As new leaves emerged, the p-stem straightened and then strengthened. The plants are fine now.
