Temporary Immersion Systems
All,
I would love to hear from anyone who can share any ideas on simple designs for TIS systems. Also has anyone been trying any methods on how to derive protoplasts or embrygenic cell suspensions using a simple method that could be replicated in a home lab? Ian |

Re: Temporary Immersion Systems
I have been able to find various types of TIS vessels (RITA, WAVE, UNDERTOW, BUBBLE BIOREACTORS etc.) However, I am wondering if there is anyone who has practical experiences to share with their operation, design and if there is any homemade type designs out there.

Re: Temporary Immersion Systems
I remembered an excellent thread about this. I just found it and here is the link: Tissue Culture
Our member rohsen had posted several useful pdf's on this subject as well as others having to do with TC in general. |
