![]() Just got my hands on a pup from Thailand, and obviously due to the shipping requirements, all the roots and leaves have been cut off.
My question is however, what's the best conditions needed to get it to root once its planted? I do have a grow box with a microclimate set to 32°C, so would that be the best place to leave it? Or would it do fine just being in a warm room? Check out my gallery, for some pics of the pup before planting, uploading as we speak.

![]() When transplanting pups I always remove the roots. It is a monocot and they are going to die and rot if I leave them on.
I remove all or most of the leaves because they need water and it has no roots to provide it. I then plant it where I want it. It will appear to sleep until it produces roots from it's stored energy. It will then produce new leaves. Good luck. I hope you got the variety you ordered. |
