im no expert but it looks way to young to bloom have you been feeding it EV can live for up to 10years but typically live for 5 they have a mature hight of 20ft some times my Musa will put out a slightly smaller leaf i was going to ask some one about that my self but your plant looks pretty healthy id just make sure its getting enough water, food and light.

it seems that the long leaves are from the winter, when it was inside and the new leaves are from outside and they adapt to the weather?
