We are still warm in S Fla. Christmas day was 83F for a high. Yesterday and today highs in low 70's. The three bunches still hanging are still slowly filling in -- DB, DN and RP.

Tony, the one of these I got from you is doing well, like you say, considering how cold and dry it has been at night. It is still a long way from putting out a flower, but it's a tough plant -- as advertised.

Well, it is not blooming in my garden, but it is blooming and from my garden

All picked in the middle of (Canadian) winter. The greens the day before this picture was taken, the Winter
Jasmine a good week earlier and brought indoors for the flowers to open.

Tony, somehow you get many of your plants to fruit at really short heights -- which from my perspective is a good thing. The only fruiting Sweetheart I've seen were at Quail Gardens and they are always at least 10' and incredibly stout.

Oh, so it's Richard's "Sweetheart", which might not be a Sweetheart. Well, let us know how it tastes.

Interesting, the first time mine fruited it was a near-choke like that too.

Given your luck and location, the fruits might ripen before the bunch I have hanging in the garage.
