![]() I have several bunches of bananas that only half-ripened prior to winter. We have mild winters here in Sydney Australia with no frosts. Will they ripen now that spring has arrived or do I just cut them down and wait for other plants to bear fruit?

![]() Depends on how filled out they are and especially on the number of leaves left. If they still have a few green leaves they should continue to ripen no problem.
