Default yea I have a 2nd plant flowering.. female question?

hell yea got home tonight and went out to the garden and my plant 2 over from my first that is blooming is also coming up a bloom. I though 2 days ago it was a funny looking leaf coming up so now I know what to look for...........


about my first bloom, in the pic below how to I know where to cut off the male part of the stalk at? and when do I do it? and what keeps coming out of the purple flower left?

Let it grow some more and when there are 30cm of stalk below the last bananas,cut it there if you feel you must.
