Default Sugarcane near San Francisco, CA

We are looking to buy sugarcane stalks to make a gate for an event next Saturday. We don't eat or juice them, so it doesn't matter if the sugarcanes aren't ready yet. As long as they are at least 4-5 ft tall, we'll buy them. We need at least 16 stalks. The event is August 9th so we need them by next Thursday.

Does anyone have these tall(ish) sugarcane stalks to sell? Or know anyone who has them? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

We like the color of sugarcane stalks. Plus, we are going to serve sugar cane juice at the event, so thought it would be great to tie everything together. Bamboo will be our fall back option if we absolutely can't find sugarcane.
