![]() Hi Everyone! Looking for an AeAe to buy and add to the collection. The plan is to put her in the ground and attempt to get a mat going (and ultimately fruit!). Also, if anyone has actually tasted the fruit, I'd love to hear your opinion on how it tastes versus Cavendish or Grand Nain! I found one YouTube video of a review, wondering how accurate it is. One lady mentions it has a lemon taste? Then the guy says it has a marshmallow undertone? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Hw2bADAaEXA |

![]() I think you already know this but to maybe save you some heartache "AeAe" should be bought from a very reliable source as many people pass off the "Florida" as "AeAe". Of course the "Florida" is a nice plant too and seemingly easier to grow. Members on this forum, that have a longer history here, are your best bet but even here they are rare, so you may have a wait.

![]() I’d reach out to the members that have posted some for sale the past couple years. That’s the best advice I can give you.
