Sh 3640 Banana
Does anybody have a SH 3640 BANANA pup that they would trade for or sell? I have: Goldfinger, White Iholena, Ice Cream (Java Blue) and Red Green pups available to trade. I read a couple of post & this seems like a good one to get. Tried a Google search to see if a mail order nursery had them available for a decent price .... but no luck. Oasis Tropical Plants wants $50 for a 12" ....
Cheers, Brandon |

Re: Sh 3640 Banana
Hi Brandon,
The SH-3640 is a rather tough one to find, but many people have said it's worth the effort. Going Bananas in Homestead, FL offers the SH-3640 for $20 or $25. Their reputed to be an excellent source for banana plants. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

California residents, please note a limited list of cultivars which are propagated by tissue culture and have passed California regulations for plant materials entering your state. This list is modified regularly and changes with stock availability, so check with us to see what may be ready. |

Re: Sh 3640 Banana
I'm sure they'd be happy to. The state of California feels otherwise.

Re: Sh 3640 Banana
I think it is the luck of the draw at Growing Bananas. The goldfinger I got from them was nothing special and only a couple inches bigger than the TC I got from Florida Hills at less than half the price. With the small size of the goldfinger I want be buying from them again unless I just can't find it anywhere else.
