![]() Hi All,
It appears I missed out on some selling variegated plants. Anyone have any variegated AEAE Florida? Or other variegated hardy for zone 9b available? Thanks. Mcfly

![]() Since no one has replied to this thread yet, can anyone recommend a reputable place to buy from? I see ebay, etsy, but was looking for a more established place people have used previously.
Much appreciated! Mcfly

![]() I got my Variegated Florida and Variegated Namwa off eBay. Mda1515 I think was the seller. Very small plants for a lot of money. I believe Variegated Namwa is the most cold hardy. Followed by Variegated Florida. Followed by AeAe.

![]() Yeah really hard to justify the cost for these itty bitty plants. One month shipping time too...

![]() FYI I called going-bananas yesterday and they said they stopped doing the variegated because it was too problematic. Not all pups have the variegation, some lose their variegation over time, etc. I thought that was an interesting decision because they do all kinds of bananas.

![]() It depends what type of variegated banana you are talking about. The Florida and AeAe are always variegated. The Variegated Namwa pups vary with the amount of variegation they have. The variegated bananas are expensive for a reason. They are either difficult to care for or produce few variegated pups.
