Medium MS Organic as Substitute Medium MS
sometime is hard to get or buy media MS for tissue culture. I want to share alternative media as substitute media MS. we called its Media MS organic. I hope this information will helpning you that interested with TC
Ingredient: - Aquades 500 ml - Coconut water 200 ml - 4 gr fertilizer NPK 20 : 20 : 20 (like vitabloom, growmore, hyponex) - Sugar 40 gr - 7 gr seaweed (1 sachet) - 500 gr bean spouts, mix in blender, filter (for rooting medium). For shoot medium change bean sprouts with stringbean Methods - Mix fertilizer, sugar, seaweed and bean sprout concentrate, coconut water in to baker glass ( 1 L). mix until homogenuos - Add aquades until solution became 1 L - Do PH 5,8 - Boiled the solution until boiling, put in the culture botol. Each bottle 25-30 ml solution. And autoclaving. wait medium until cold and ready for use regards

i think its expalnt growth good enough in media substitude
