Potatoes. Now finally something I can grow here.
For those with no TC capability, you can peel the potato pulp, cut it into small squares of 1x1 inch and leave on the compost/vermicompost pile. You'll get many plants within days. I recycled several peels in one of my vermicompost trashes and came 5 days later to find 97 seedlings. Donated to our local agricultural society! Woohoo!
