What chemicals or what mixtures?
I'm getting ready to start my tissue cultures of some unknown bananas I have, just for practice sake, and I would like to know if anyone can tell me what chemicals or compounds, or even premade mixtures and where to buy them for: Shoot formation and then for root formation?
I assume there's not one that contains both formulas, so you have to do shoot first then root/rhizome formation. Correct? Thanks Larry
