Banana Seed Germination Forum As one of the toughest seeds in the plant kingdom to figure out the keys to germination success with, this is a forum with banana seed germination tips. Please entitle posts like "Musa balbisiana," or "Musa cheesmani," etc. People would then post a reply under that heading, sharing their germination successes (and failures), what materials and methods they used, germination percentage, etc.

Finally, after a month of waiting my musa seeds are starting to sprout. Musa formosana is the first. Still to small to take pics yet.

yeah i dont even bother with banana/palm seed normally. i just put them in the ground. if they come up great.

did i mention i have violacea seed for free while they last??? i didnt have any luck so far so i was gonna let the seed people give them a crack.

these popped out in palm pot from bunch of last year seeds that left in potting soil I used for this palm.

They used to say don't count your chickens before they hatch.. But DW you don't need to count out your chicks cause they still may sprout.. :^)
