Banana Seed Germination Forum As one of the toughest seeds in the plant kingdom to figure out the keys to germination success with, this is a forum with banana seed germination tips. Please entitle posts like "Musa balbisiana," or "Musa cheesmani," etc. People would then post a reply under that heading, sharing their germination successes (and failures), what materials and methods they used, germination percentage, etc. |

Trade
As I was expecting it is very hard to find banana seed in my country and Ebay shopping is very poor in Croatia I am offering kind of trade or exchange for some seed.
We are here rich in olives and olive oil and I make some wonderfull oliveoil soaps made complete of olive and lavender oil 100% organic I am hoping that someone would like to trade some seed for soap. For any details please conntact me by PM. Hope to do some exchange!! P.S. Sorry for spelling!!

Re: Trade
Welcome!
Most seed suppliers will post you some seed. Is it the fact you cannot import or you can't find a supplier of seeds? rarepalmseeds.com - palm seeds, cycad seeds, banana seeds will send seed to all over the world. Good price too. I would trade if I had seed. |

Re: Trade
Do you need one? I think it's an import certificate of non-indiginous plant species that could either take over your country's natural wildlife and plantlife or carry a potentially harmful disease that could wipe out your banana industry.
I guess start with your country's equivalent of the department for agriculture or environment I'm guessing. That's where I would start. I wouldn't have thought you need one for seeds. |

Re: Trade
I think it's the importer, check with your relevant organisation.
