Default organic IV sunblocker

Anyone else have issues with this product? I have a tc plant that is 4 weeks and im acclimating it to sunlight. I decided to try the sunblocker this year because the sun out here has killed my plants before. Ever since I used it on the plant it has completely stopped growing for over a week now.

Try building a simple PVC rectangle with some shade cloth for a roof.. Maybe 3ftx3ft width and 4ft. high? anchor it down with some tent stakes and move off plant once its established and grown a bunch. reusable.. I got a couple young ones suffering the sun with it still being the dry season now also

The IV blocker seems to have prevented sun damage soo far. still early in the season. my problem now is that I think its blocking too much sun. The plant has completely stopped growing since I sprayed it with the stuff.
