Question sick red leaf?

I purchased a red leaf pup a few months ago and it has been doing fine - I knew it would not survive the winter here (zone 8b) but as I was pushed for time I quickly dropped it in a hole in a newly set-up raised bed, knowing I would have to move it to a pot and inside for the winter. Last weekend I dug it up and put it in a large pot - I simply dug up enough soil to fill the pot thus being able to move the pup relatively undisturbed. The pot was moved into a heated greenhouse where it seems to have settled in. However, I noticed last evening that all the lovely burgandy red leaves have yellow streaks through them and are curling along the edges. It also it looks like someone has dusted the outside of the unrolled new leaf with small flecks of brownish "lint" - I have no other words to describe it.
The greenhouse maintains a night time temperature of about 15 degrees celcius and all the plants inside (numerous other "tender" perennials and shrubs) are watered daily but not enough to cause humidity problems.
Any ideas?

Sounds like you have murelli but not certain.. I'm sure its not a D. Red, a picture might help in this case.. I say its getting burnt in the green house and might need more water but that's just me.. w/ the burnt fear edges.. Is it a lower leaf?

I will try to send some pictures later (at work right now) but it is all the leaves.
The greenhouse only gets direct sun for a few hours in the late morning; before and after that it is shaded by other trees/vines and the garage. Also, the pup is sitting beside and under the leaves of a dwarf cavendish which does not seem to have any problems (except for the couple of burned leaves it received while sitting on the deck prior to going into the greenhouse on the same day as the pup)

Unfortunately it is not the bright red moving specks of spider mites. All the plants were hosed off prior to going into the greenhouse (with the exception of the angel trumpet) and there is no sign of parasites on any of them - not even the large orb weave spider that was on the angel trumpet.
The brown "lint" almost looks like someone took pocket lint, chopped it into fine pieces, dyed it brown and then sprinkled it on the unrolled leaf. I thought it might be a mold but the humidity inside is good and nothing else is displaying this.

No sign of any problems on any of the other plants, in fact some of the other tropicals have enjoyed grow spurts since they have been put inside.
I'm going to try gently rising the "lint" off and putting it closer to the heater to dry off (and try not to burn the poor thing as well). Then I will monitor to see if the "lint" returns.
