Default Veinte Cohol is sick (indoor grow)

Thanks in advance if any one can help. Veinte Cohol TC, about two months old, never been outside. Newest leaf looks solid, growing quickly. All lower leaves look about dead just in the past few days. This is the only banana plant in this grow room with a few citrus trees. I do have other bananas in other rooms but I'm careful not to cross contaminate, so I'm not sure what it is or where it came from. Is there any hope of saving it? I sprayed it with Garden Safe Brand fungicide, insecticide and miticide as soon as I noticed yellowing and browning in the edges of the leaves. I typically use this product every winter to ward off spider mites but I haven't noticed any this year so far.

That looks like one of the handful of forms of banana leaf streak. Did it have mealy bugs on it? They spread that virus. If it is, you need to destroy the plant by 2ft deep burial or by burning it.

Did you buy it from anyone recently? If so, you may want to contact them about it.

Edit: Please also post more pictures so that we can see different leaves (different stages of growth). It might also be a form of mosaic virus.

Thanks for the reply. I've never seen any mealy bugs on it. I bought it from Wellspring Gardens in September.

Newest leaf, looks Okay?

Second newest leaf, starting to turn.

Oldest leaf I haven't removed yet, no good!

Looks neem oil related.
Neem oil when used in excess will smother your leaves and quickly kill them.

.
For a control to see if this your issue treat a couple leaves on a healthy plant in your other room and observe the plants response after a week or so. Treat these leaves exactly as you did the plant with issues.
Then adjust your application rate.
